Parent Child Dedication - May 5, 2024

May 5, 2024 | Dear Parents,
Parent Child Dedication is such a special and meaningful time for both the parents and child(ren). It is a beautiful service with lots of smiles—and a few joyful tears.
I want this special Dedication Service to be all it ought to be. I trust it will be a blessing to many. Most of all, I want it to be pleasing to God.
Remember first and foremost, it is a ceremony for the parents. You are dedicating yourselves to the proper spiritual rearing of your child. A young child has no ability to choose in spiritual matters so this is a decision for mom and dad.
The service will take place near the beginning of the morning preaching service. You will need to meet in the glass foyer (west side) with your child(ren) no later than 10:20 a.m. Charity Willoughby will direct you when it is time to go into the sanctuary.
After the service, a photo will be taken with the Pastor in a designated area, and you will receive a copy after it is developed.
