Faith Church Men, 

We are excited about our golf outing this year to Cypress Landing Golf Club in Chocowinity, NC. We will be meeting at the church on Saturday November 8th at 7:30 A.M. to depart for the course. Please plan to eat breakfast before you arrive. We are hoping to arrive at the course 9:00 to get checked in and have time warm up for our first tee time at 10:00 A.M. We will be playing 4 man super ball format, and the winning team will be recognized. We will be selecting teams based upon skill level to help make the golf outing fun and competitive. Please be honest about your golf (not too modest or overly braggadocious) game below when asked about your average score. The cost for the outing is $60 which includes green fees, cart fees, and range balls. If you are a student (22 and under), please select the student rate of $40. If you have multiple golfers playing from one family, you will need to fill out a form for each golfer. 

If you are not going to use the church transportation, meet us at Cypress Landing Golf Club at 9:00 A.M. We will have our meeting to divide up teams and assign tee times at 9:15 A.M. We are looking forward to a great time together!
